Announcing my 30 Days to Feeling Fit Challenge!

Here I am, still short at 5' 1" and weighing 140 pounds (20 pounds heavier than I'd like to be), sitting on my couch typing this blog.  (Couch potato comes to mind!)  I returned home yesterday from a 5-day trip to Las Vegas, where I attended my very first Arbonne Global Training Conference (GTC 2011).  It was an awe inspiring 5 days, spent with my team, and 8,000 other amazing men and women from all over the globe!  I am truly blessed and so proud to share my Arbonne journey with all of these people...and with whomever else follows this blog and is cheering me on from their own couches!

At GTC, one of the most exciting moments was the New Product Launch.  This year, Arbonne announced the much anticipated launch of Arbonne Essentials.  These are nutritional products that fit into two categories:  Daily Essentials and Fit Essentials.  (You can read more about them on my Arbonne site)  During the launch, we were told all about the line and why it's superior to anything else out there.  (better absorption, higher quality ingredients and great science and research) We were also introduced to several individuals who had already completed a 30 Days to Feeling Fit Challenge.  I was absolutely blown away by their transformation!!  Not only had they shed weight and inches (and were fitting into their "skinny" jeans), but they felt great and every single one of them said they had more energy and were happier.  I immediately thought, "HEY, I want to do that!"  So here I am, declaring to you all, that I will complete this challenge and blog about it as I go.  (I want to wear my "skinny" jeans again!)

I will be sharing EVERYTHING with you!  My weight, measurements in inches, what I'm eating,  exercise log, photos along the way, and most importantly, how I'm feeling throughout the challenge.  I will not "sugar-coat" this experience and will let you know if this really works.  I'm so excited to "get healthy" and transform my body and my life!!!  I've got a few more days before the challenge actually begins as I'm waiting for my Arbonne shipment to arrive.  HOWEVER, I did run 4 miles at the gym this morning!  Great start if you ask me, especially after spending the last 5 days in Vegas eating a bunch of crap!  HA!

Let me know what you think of my blog and this challenge!
THANKS!
Krista

PS.  Scott is doing this with me and said it's okay for me to blog about him too!   :)  Gotta love my hubby and all of his support!
