Feeling fabulous as this 30-Days to Fit Challenge continues....still no bread and not even missing it! Now that I am done with my 7-Day Cleanse, I am continuing on with a healthy diet which includes lots of fruit and vegetables, brown rice, fish, chicken and whatever else looks "healthy". I'm still using everything from the 30-Day Fit Kit each day, including Protein Powder Shakes, Fiber Powder, Fizz Tabs, Caramel and Chocolate Fit Chews, Herbal Detox Tea...and I've also added in the Antioxidant & Immunity Booster each morning. Here's a description of this product:
Arbonne's Antioxidant and Immunity Booster is delicious 3 oz beverage shot loaded with super fruit juices such as blueberry, pomegranate, acai, grape juice and many more.Antioxidants are found in the super fruit juices, as well as in the ingredients found in the antioxidant blend: milk thistle, amla fruit, holy basil, olive, elderberry and turmeric are all powerful antioxidants that help fight free radicals. Supports immune system and boosts energy.
So, I'm still going strong and feeling great! I'm hoping for another couple pounds to be gone by the end of this week. Who's ready to join me?
SCOTT! He started his 7-Day Cleanse today. He has already been experiencing the "gentle elimination" that the product description claims it will do and he had to send me an email today at work telling me so. Too funny! He's such a guy! Anyway, he has been drinking Protein Powder Shakes for the last week and now claims that he is addicted to them. He says they give him so much energy and he always feels full after drinking them. He has only tried Vanilla and says he won't try Chocolate (another sign that he is definitely a guy!). I'm so proud of my hubby for trying these products and for completely committing to this 30-Days to Fit Challenge. BTW...He even made protein bars last night for our family using the Vanilla Protein Powder. Yummy!
Been eating a lot of sushi lately and found that Osaka in Coon Rapids is really good! I highly recommend the Osaka, MN special roll! YUMMY!!!
Have a great night everybody!
XOXO

PS. Last night, an x-coworker (Micah Wheeler) from Assurant came over and bought 35 Cancer Sucks T-shirts from us. She brought them to work this morning and her and 34 other co-workers were wearing them in honor of my friend, Linda Nelson, who was just recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She returned back to work today, after having knee surgery 6 weeks ago. During her time healing from surgery, she had an annual mammogram in which the cancer was detected. The shirts are part of our fund-raising efforts for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Program. Each shirt has our daughter's name on the back and the name of one of our other little friends who's a survivor. "In memory of McKenna Johnson" "In honor of Chase Banken". I'm so glad McKenna was with Linda today. I just have to say it again... CANCER SUCKS!
